We're sorry to read of your dissatisfaction and appreicate you allowing us to review, research and respond. Your vehicle was purchased as a pre-owned unit on November 9, 2022. There was some concerns you had with the brake noise eventhough the pads were @ 7mm (10 mm being new). Our Sales Mgr, William was involved with this matter. Fast forward to your service visit on March 15th refer to repair order last 3 digits 140 and July 27th refer to repair order last 3 digits 331, there was no mention of any odor concern. Your feedback has been noted.

I apologize as my displeasure was not with the service dept. it is and always has been with the sales dept. Although the first time i brought my car in I did mention the odor and it was not looked into or taken care of. BTW, it was the salesman that told me the odor was from the cleaning solutions they used to clean the car and that it would go away and it never has. so I am very unsatisfied with the sales person lying to me.

well, i really don't care what your paper work says, it has always been the odor in this car that i have hated. I did mention it to your service people, maybe they just didn't write it down. if fact, the service person I spoke to asked me if i wanted to change my filter. I said no because i had already ordered a cabin filter and installed it myself. It did not work. It is because of this odor and a couple of other things, that I will NEVER buy another car from Longo and have swayed friends and family to never do so because of Longo's lack of care for my one and "only" real concern about this vehicle. In fact, i had inquired to my saleperson that i would have wanted to return the car and trade it for another on the lot. but he gave me a long xx story about how expensive it would be so i'm stuck with this smelly car.
