Longo Toyota has great service advisors that provide context behind the work recommended so that the customer can make the beast decision on the path forward, both from a short and long-term economic p context behind the work recommended so that the customer can make the beast decision on the path forward, both from a short and long-term economic perspective. My particular advisor was Mandi Davis and she provided a wonderful customer experience. I happened to have a lot of questions and she always took the time to properly research the answer. When I was waiting for my car, I chatted with another customer who was working with Ms. Davis and the customer only had positive things to say about her because she really takes the time to be present with us so we can decide what services we need. It never felt like she was trying to upsell or get as much money out of me as possible. It was a great experience because after I drove away, I felt confident that all the things that needed to be done were done and I didn’t have to pay extra for things I didn’t need. More
