My particular advisor was Mandi Davis and she provided a wonderful customer experience. I happened to have a lot of questions and she always took the time to properly research the answer. When I was waiting for my car, I chatted with another customer who was working with Ms. Davis and the customer only had positive things to say about her because she really takes the time to be present with us so we can decide what services we need. It never felt like she was trying to upsell or get as much money out of me as possible. It was a great experience because after I drove away, I felt confident that all the things that needed to be done were done and I didn’t have to pay extra for things I didn’t need. More

He processed my down payment to hold an incoming bz4x, several times kept me updated with the status of its arrival, had a bz4x expert (Martha Inigez) to walk me through the technology and test drive, patiently processed our paperwork, and stayed late to spend time after closing to give my wife and me words of encouragement before we drove off the lot. I took my vehicle to Longo to be serviced and my experience was great! I was given an estimated timeframe of 1 1/2 - 2 hrs for the work to be completed and it only took 1 hr.!!
