Although an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your perception about our company & personnel, we would like to take this final opportunity to apologize for your dissatisfaction and appreciate you allowing us, to review and respond. Your first request Silva was to have your lease buyout under your son’s name (Sarkis) and our team explained it would not be possible to remove Keren’s name from the vehicle title as he was the only person on the lease. We submitted a pre-check to Toyota Financial Service @ 1:30P – Toyota responded to us @ 1:47P and Toyota Finance informed Longo they would not be able to move forward with approving your lease buyout until the “Fraud” alert was removed, that needs to be done by the individual who put the “Fraud” alert on the profile not the dealership, you were not happy with this direction. Please know your feedback has been shared with our Mgmt team along with the personnel involved in this transaction and we’re remorseful to have lost you and your family’s business.

1st of all i don't know who Keren is. Lease was under my husband's name Aram Melkonyan. I contacted Experian 2 time while i was on a loooong waite for Fraud Alerts to be verified. Experian assured me there was no Fraud Alert to be removed. And i asked Ignacio 2 or 3 times to please contact Toyota Financials to speak to his words were "I can't do that " i am also in banking and sales. When my customers "who are always right " ask me to do something i don't repond "i can't do that ". Perhaps he needs customer service refresher courses since he has been with company over 24 years. He mentioned that to us. Didn't feel he wanted our business. And at the end he wanted to upsell warranty. All that is earned in sales world. I think your management would agree with this. I am also considering ordering my New Lexus with another dealership as well. Because i don't want to go through this experience at the end of the leaae. I hope management will read every word and improve customer service for next client experience.
