Longo also gave me a future voucher for a free tall coffee from Starbucks because they were apologetic for not being able to wash my car due to the water drought in California. I chose the ceramic tint & it came out flawless. Eric Cheng my service advisor squeezed me in on a last minute appointment a couple days ago, because of my upcoming busy work schedule. As usual excellent service, great expectations, wonderful communication with a smile on his face. My previous car was also tinted at Longo & since they did a great job, I came back again to tint my windows. My go to dealership for service, sales, & parts. My salesperson Heecher Yoon is also fantastic if you are looking for a new Toyota. He is very straight forward & cuts to the chase. Purchased my previous & current car from him & I will definitely come back for future cars to purchase from Heecher. With 23 years in the car business & 18 years at Longo Toyota, you won’t find a more experienced, qualified sales consultant to deal with. Since he can quote you directly without going to his manager for the numbers, you eliminate the back & forth just to get a price.
