Missing trunk cover. He didn’t handle the issue but instead told me to find a used one on EBay, which the statement in itself is insulting. Why? EBay? Simply, If a person bought a used/so called Toyota certificated vehicle from Longo, that person had to go on EBay to look for missing part. So he doesn’t want to provide his customer the necessary trunk cover for privacy and safety of trunk space. SAD ! More
