I had a great experience with Ruben. Over the phone he told me 13% apr, but he ended up getting me 12% apr. Also for an additional 50 cents a month he got me a one year extension on maintenance. My experience with Casey at Longo Toyota was so streamlined I couldn’t have asked for a better transaction. I wanted to make sure that payments stayed on budget and I was able to meet my goal with streamlined I couldn’t have asked for a better transaction. My Tacoma is awesome and I have peace of mind knowing it’s been certified by the dealer.
