TONY!!! What can I say about this guy other then he's incredibly knowledge! Nicest guy IV ever met and Funny! He took care of all of our needs and then some he went above and beyond to a level I didn't even know existed and on top of all of that he was incredibly friendly no pressure and very humorous which was important to me and my wife to feel comfortable and he made us feel very comfortable. And if there was ever a moment where he was not a hundred percent sure of something he did not try to pretend that he knew instead he asked for a moment and politely went and got the information that we asked for and provided it to us. If any of the managers are reading this over at the longo Toyota please please ask this guy for advice on how to treat customers because Tony is the man when it comes to customer satisfaction and we are 100% satisfied. I cannot stress enough the fact that he went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! TONY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL CONFIDENT IN YOURNDECISION TO BUY A CAR FROM HIM! And he is not going to be dishonest either to try to get you to buy the car. I swear all this guy cares about is the customer and making the customer happy if I own my own company I would hire this guy. And on top of everything after deciding which car I wanted I had doubts after doing research that night so I called Tony up and he said don't worry about it he grabbed the other three cars that I was potentially interested in including a white variant of the make and model that I was after and got them ready for me the very next day to come and look at and test drive to make sure that I was 100% reassured in my purchase! I apologize if me and my wife asked way too many questions Tony we seriously were not planning on buying a car so we did not do any research. Tony. You. Are. The. MAN!
