The process for me as a newcomer who had no Idea what the process is to buy a new and used car, the information I recieved from Brandon was very simple, detailed, and easy to understand. Even with a language barrier, he was able to communicate to customers in a supportive way, not giving up on trying to comprehend what the customer is saying. We fixed our credit and figured we’d get our very first brand new car, in comes Brandon Cruz from Longo Toyota; I explained to him our situation and he said he could help us out, in a short amount of time we picked our new car, filed the necessary paperwork and drove out of there with our first new car. Brandon was not only helpful, but he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. No pressure from him and definitely no back and forth trying to get more money out of us.
