The purchasing process was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered to the full extent even before arriving to the dealership - Fred even went out ti the vehicle to inspect a cosmetic question for me and got back to me in an extremely timely manner. New Toy With no intention of driving home a new car, my husband & I wondered around the used car lot at Longo for a bit, Brandon approached us professionally With no intention of driving home a new car, my husband & I wondered around the used car lot at Longo for a bit, Brandon approached us professionally, asked us a few questions, and we had more than a few questions for him. He was very patient, knowledgeable and professional!! Once the ice was broken, it was as if we were old friends. He was well prepared with an inventory list that was very detailed.. After several hours, a test drive, many laughs and more questions.. We drove home in a 2017 Toyota Highlander SE Sport.
