He doesn't have patience to explain his recommendations of the service you need, he made it sounds like it is our fault because we never asked for the free check up before. When you tell him you are not happy with the solution, he doesn't even give a xxxx care about it. Instead, he would give you sarcastic laugh. Unbeliablely rude. More

Neil Polzin helped us get into our 2014 Camry about two years ago and he helped answer several more questions via email for our second purchase. Once arriving at Longo from Mission Viejo last Sunday, Neil wasn't working that day. Instead, we worked with his partner, David Reyes who really made us feel at home and without pressure. David had answered all of our questions thoroughly and was very knowledgable about the product. There is a reason why we drive over 65 miles one way to purchase our cars and we will definitely be coming back to Longo for our next one. From the moment I drove in to the lot in my old camry to the last minute I drove out the lot in my new camry, he helped me all the way through, he made me feel welcomed, loosened up & nervous free as it was my first time buying a new car, we both walked to the lot, browse through the range of cars then picked my favorite color(Navy Blue), did our test drive, had coffee then off to business then finalize our deal, he never once made me feel uncomfortable, in fact he walked through each and every step with questions or concerns I had about my credit, financing, my old car trading, about the warranties and other important services.
