My experience yesterday was not good. I was talked to a rep with a bad demeanor. He was short with his words. No customer service that felt he cared about my car. Worked with José Del Solar on a car they had advertised on Autotrader. Smooth process with a lot of the incidentals taken care of over the phone and online.
