I want brake service, consultant say still have 60% , don’t need to service, ask me to do the fuel injection service and make me using my reward point. So I don’t have any rewards point for the brake service and I have to pay at least $299 next time. They promised to do the brake service before but they call me after 3 hrs make me change it. They just want me to pay more for my service totally, When I come to pickup my car , they said no paper work ready to pickup in the morning next day. But the consultant have a promise me I can pickup my car at that time. And the consultant also have day off on that day. I am so upset! More
