Overall, my experience was ok. I was greeted and treated with respect and politeness. Everything was clean and easy to find. Noli E. was my advisor and although he was very nice, h I was greeted and treated with respect and politeness. Everything was clean and easy to find. Noli E. was my advisor and although he was very nice, he made some errors that I didn’t like. He automatically signed me up for text notifications even though I’ve opted out in the past. I asked to be removed, again but throughout the day I continued to get text messages from him and the automated service. I prefer email because it is easier to scan for fraud or scams, especially if I’m required to follow a link. He also promised my car to be ready 2 hours later than when it was actually ready. This would typically be a pleasant surprise but I did mention that I would have to cancel some appointments to wait for the vehicle. By the time it was ready, I already missed my appointments. Overall, he was very communicative and considerate that I may need to pick up my car later. It’s unfortunate the service still took 4 hours from start to finish, considering they’re such a large dealership but I’m satisfied with the results and the car has never given me problems under their care. More
