The customer service of the service department exists with only one individual, Mark W. I had three appointments on this date for three separate vehicles, after having all vehicles there, on time, I wait with only one individual, Mark W. I had three appointments on this date for three separate vehicles, after having all vehicles there, on time, I waited for my service rep to approach in order to discuss what I was looking to have done, no one approached, not on of the three that I had a service appointment with.
