I came to the dealership and Michael greeted me at the door, I had no clue what car I was looking for, after a tour around the dealership i saw her , this beautiful soon to be MY car . I told Michael “ well now I’m in love pls make it happen” . The whole process was so quick and so effortless for me , all thanks to him! Michael said that we have to drive her , we went for a quick drive around and I fell even more in love … I arrived to the dealership at around 11am , I was ready to leave at 2:30pm with my beauty. Needless to say Michael made it happen… thank y’all guys … u were once again AWESOME! More

I brought my car in on a Monday as my starter was giving me issues and I could not reliably start the vehicle. I spoke to a Brandon there and was told that the part would be in Tuesday after he apologized f me issues and I could not reliably start the vehicle. I spoke to a Brandon there and was told that the part would be in Tuesday after he apologized for not having it already (I scheduled the appointment in advance, he knows my car, he knows what starter would be needed, never bothered to look into it when I scheduled with him and never bothered to order the part). He also mentioned that the job would take about 2-2 1/2 hours. Since I could not start the car, I asked him if I should keep the car with them so that it can be serviced right away as I work and I needed it to get back to work that week. He said yes, never offered a rental service, and took the car. Fast forward to WEDNESDAY, I called because I hadn't heard anything back at all and he informed me that the shipping was late and it was "still on the truck". I said okay text me or call me when you know more or it is done, as it was made to seem like it would be done Wednesday. Thursday came and went with nothing, so I called Friday and was told that he was NOT there and that I could do nothing but leave him a message. I left a message expecting a call back from anyone that day, but none came. I called again on Saturday, was told there is a "skeleton crew" and I would not be able to get any update on my vehicle. At this point, I am worrying if you guys have completely forgotten about me or worse, my car is gone. I had to call AGAIN on Monday after taking off multiple days of work and missing out on hundreds of dollars to keep my family fed, only to be told "Oh sorry I was sick" and charged full price on everything. I have paid top dollar, a complete and utter rip off, on your service labor costs expecting professional service. Instead, I got absolutely garbage service, missed work, and nothing was done to make it right. I will absolutely never return. O stars out of 5 if possible. More
