I was contacted by Diego regarding the VIP program. I had my car in for service for a front end noise. They didn’t have a technician available so I left the car with them. Customer service was terrible. I waited in my car for I don’t know how long before someone came out of the office to assist me. The service advisor was more concerned about the low I waited in my car for I don’t know how long before someone came out of the office to assist me. The service advisor was more concerned about the low voltage in my battery that he did nothing about than the reason I advised him of initially. I hope I never have to take my car there for nothing not even a oil change. More
