Brought 2018 checy cruz in for a recall. Had appt, showed up half hr prior. Then waited 4 hours. Said they didn't need any adjustments on recall. I Paid for oil change, as I requested. Didn't rotate tires, v up half hr prior. Then waited 4 hours. Said they didn't need any adjustments on recall. I Paid for oil change, as I requested. Didn't rotate tires, v/c didn't see tire look, or ask me in wait rm if I knew where it was ( in glove box. And the car wash was backed up. So, no car wash. Very unhappy w services, or should I say lack there of..4 hrs for just an OIL? W/ an appt?? Waste of time More

Unable to diagnose the problem for four days. Not responsive. No courtesy loaner. Had to clean seat and door because of dirt left by technician ( truck was brand new when brought in).
