Great service without any glitches. I had pre-paid for 7 oil changes but it didn’t show up in my account. It was quickly fixed and taken care of. I had pre-paid for 7 oil changes but it didn’t show up in my account. It was quickly fixed and taken care of. More

When I purchased my Kia Optima from Lou Fusz in 2013 my sales package came with free oil changes for the life of the vehicle. I visit Lou Fusz service department at least twice a year for general maintenance and I have always had a positive experience. As a result, for the past 10 years I have always trusted Lou Fusz with both my 2013 Kia Optima and my 2016 Dodge Ram vehicles and never once questioning recommended maintenance or repairs. However, this was not the case at my last visit on Oct 20, 2013. As soon as I arrived, I was told that my car was due for factory recommend maintenance and when I declined, I was told if I don't purchase the service I would lose my free oil change benefit. This is the first time I was advised of this policy and I have declined maintenance recommendations in the past. I requested a copy of my contract and the policy, however, they could not find the contract or terms at the time of my visit. As a result, I felt pressured into paying for maintenance with an ultimatum to either purchase the service or lose my oil benefits. When I asked to speak to the service manager, the gentlemen behind me stated I can speak to this. Without introducing himself or taking me aside to address my concerns in private. He began to adamantly try and prove me wrong while guaranteeing he would find the contract and the policy. FYI, it’s been a week and I have yet to hear from him or anyone at Lou Fusz regarding this matter. Furthermore, his body language and tone was very defensive and he did all of this in front of other customers and employees, without taking me aside. I felt intimated and pressured into purchasing service that I was uncomfortable with, not because of the price but because of how the situation was presented and handled in an aggressive manner. More
In and out in no time at all. They even washed my car for me. My previous car was bought at Auffenberg. They had terrible customer service.i would definitely recommend Lou Fusz. I drove 50 minutes to meet with Josh…He was too busy - already working with one couple and another couple arrived for an "appointment" while I was waiting to give a key back (to test drive a 2nd vehicle) already working with one couple and another couple arrived for an "appointment" while I was waiting to give a key back (to test drive a 2nd vehicle) that was for the wrong vehicle, he was very short with me and I felt rushed - to essentially "hurry and buy a vehicle because they go quick". Not something you say to someone who is about to drop $40k or more on a new vehicle. What if I wanted to order a specific 2024 model? I left. When he asked why I wasnt coming back to the dealership, I told him everything above and all he said was “I understand. Good luck with your car search.”. No apology, nothing. If im going to spend any amount of money on a new vehicle, I want someone's undivided attention. I have obviously decided to go elsewhere. More
