This person Andrew Cohen is terrible. I was visiting stl to help my sister move in. We were in this dealership looking to buy a car and he refused saying my sister wont get financing( we were planning to bu to help my sister move in. Then he got after my name ( trisha) and insisted that cant be my real name( i am canadian of south asian heritage). He was clearly racially profiling us. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I have tried for weeks to obtain the documents I need to file a gap claim. After about three weeks of back and forth I still have yet to receive the needed documents weeks to obtain the documents I need to file a gap claim. Originally when I went into the dealership to speak with someone Kris, took my name down ... but as he was spelling it he didn’t do it correctly. I tried To correct him, and he replied “ I know I spelled It wrong but I know how to say it.” COMPLETELY disrespectful. I’ve called corporate 3x and STILL I’m dealing with this. I haven’t been contacted by the General Manager even after multiple complaints. This is a horrible place to go to if you want to be treated with respect, and ease. Also, I asked Jared about my car pass being cancelled he said it couldn’t be, I asked Online through the text an employee portal and Josh said it can be. Smh, the worst dealership customer service I’ve encountered by far. More
