When the staff looked at the job, they discovered that the original estimation cost will not cover the entire job required as the tree snip and bird's dropping had eaten into the paint and spread to a bigger area. Bret Otto carbon copy his email correspondence with Julissa Cantu, a claims specialist from CalTex Protective Coatings, Inc.to me asking the warranty company to cover the full price of the job required. Of course, CalTex tailed to honour the new estimate but Bret Otto assured me that he will get the paint job done without costing me any extra. More

Not very good customer service on the Mazda side in my opinion especially when both dealerships are owned by the same dealer. Turned me off Mazda's totally after he did that.
