Technician damaged my vehicle during an inspection. Management tried to cover it up by not putting it in the paperwork and not bringing it up during checkout. There was no issue prior to or upon arrival, but a serious leak had occurred an hour after I returned home. When I called to inquire, I was laughed at and told that Lou Fusz would not be paying for the damage, that they inflicted. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed, but glad to know how this location conducts their business so that I can avoid further damages. I will ensure that I share this information as often as possible because nobody deserves to be treated this way or experience property damage. More
Lou Fusz Kia had a used car listed online for sale so I contacted the dealership and they sent me pics and a carfax. They told me how great of car it was so I decide to go take it for a test drive. When I contacted the dealership and they sent me pics and a carfax. They told me how great of car it was so I decide to go take it for a test drive. When I got there the window was cracked that was not disclosed. After driving it I decided to purchase it with them agreeing to fix window. Then they disclosed to me that they wanted a $585 docking fee on top of the sale price. That was an additional 6%. I walked away feeling like they waisted my time and lied to me about their price. Please be aware of this tactic they use to get more money than the sticker price. I will never do business with any Lou Fusz dealer do to this stunt they tried to pull. More
