The experience was fine. Only one finance person was working, so the process took longer than expected. We purchased a used car, and it wasn't a Kia. I don't feel our salesperson was that knowledgeable about the car, but that is to be expected. They did try to push things through in finance that we hadn't agreed to purchase. They also had a higher rate than agreed to. If we hadn't been paying attention, that would have been two costly items they slipped through. Those are the types of things that make the car-buying process more difficult and stressful than it should be. More
