Alex Brooks was awesome. No hassle and no pressure. My only complaint would be to Kia and not to the dealership. On the recommendation of the dealership would be yes and know, I purchased a used 2017 Toyota Corolla from them in May, I looked at the car and did a test drive which was ok, but I missed some things that I know, I purchased a used 2017 Toyota Corolla from them in May, I looked at the car and did a test drive which was ok, but I missed some things that I am not sure the detailers missed on their side, one was a rock chip in the windshield, which they did have fixed for me, today I noticed some small chips in the paint on the hood, it had rust so not sure how the detailers missed that, I called and it was something they don’t fix. So I will have to see about repairing it on my own, I bought an extended warranty, but that isn’t covered, I just wish now i inspected the outside of the car better, hopefully it’s something I can repair before it gets bad. More
