They are supposed to have fixed my air conditioning in my car. Some how it stopped working after a month later. Took a month to fix for me to get my car back and I wasn’t satisfied. Finally got it back in the shop took a week to fix. I bought my 2021 Soul at this dealership. Came in for my 1st oil change & to ask about a sound the car makes when I take my foot off the brake. They couldn't determine the reason for the sound & charged me 1st oil change & to ask about a sound the car makes when I take my foot off the brake. She said I could use the coupon for the next one, but it has an expiration date. She shouldn't have charged me since all new car owners get their 1st oil change free at Kia. I felt the 20 miles I drove there for service was a waste since they didn't do anything my regular service guy could do. More

Tailgate was making a clicking noise after being repaired from an accident. Tech thoroughly checked it out even though he couldn't find the source.
