Technician damaged my vehicle during an inspection. Management tried to cover it up by not putting it in the paperwork and not bringing it up during checkout. There was no issue prior to or upon arriva Management tried to cover it up by not putting it in the paperwork and not bringing it up during checkout. There was no issue prior to or upon arrival, but a serious leak had occurred an hour after I returned home. When I called to inquire, I was laughed at and told that Lou Fusz would not be paying for the damage, that they inflicted. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m very disappointed, but glad to know how this location conducts their business so that I can avoid further damages. I will ensure that I share this information as often as possible because nobody deserves to be treated this way or experience property damage. More
