I went to Lou Sobh for my Clarity PHEV Hybrid battery not charging properly. Kept the vesicle overnight for 2 days and needed a new battery. Dealer was able to get the authorization from Honda to order the p charging properly. Kept the vesicle overnight for 2 days and needed a new battery. Dealer was able to get the authorization from Honda to order the part and it took almost one month to arrive which is understandable. Thru out this process John Goode (Service adviser) communicate with me informing updates on arrival off battery. Last week part was replaced and dealer provided me with a loaner car. Went to have the A/C in my 2015 CRV checked out. Was given a nearly $6,000 quote to fix it that involved basically replacing every major component of the A/C system. The following day took the vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive in Cumming who replaced 1 of the parts and did all work for just over $1,000. A/C now works great. I feel like Lou Sohb tried to gouge me and I don't recommend using them. Cost me a $180 diagnostic fee to learn this lesson but I found a local service center with reasonable prices. More

Very pleased with the experience. By my own decision, nearly all negotiations were completed via email correspondence, and we only spent a bit of time in the dealership (to test drive and to pick up the car and sign the paperwork). That said, we had a our 3 young kids there and it was a nice experience as well. The kids were offered plenty of snacks and treats and Kim was wonderful with them. From the time we test drove to the time I purchased the car was only a little more than 24hrs, which seems fast. But with negotiating via email, we were able to go back and forth and hammer out a deal in a convenient setting for us both, which was wonderful. I'm satisfied with the final deal, and I'm confident that the final trade-in value and final sale price were very competitive in this region. TLDR: Nice, professional, competent sales specialist, comfortable physical dealership space, and good deal that was reached in an extremely efficient manner. What else could you ask for? :-) More
