Lou Sohb exceeded my expectations in providing the best car for my needs in the price range for my budget. JW was awesome. He was courteous and patient. Car was having issues due to the recall on the car. Following the service i was told everything about the car was perfect I had came into a honda dealership so that I could have the car fully inspected Following the service i was told everything about the car was perfect I had came into a honda dealership so that I could have the car fully inspected to make sure it was fine but that very day I experienced the same issue. Check was not thorough enough and dealership failed in inspecting a vehicle of their very own brand. My car now is still experiencing issues but i’m having a hard time finding a reliable dealer i can visit given not even a honda dealership could accurately let inspect it. More
