The process was long and Shelby represented the dealership well. The sales manager was inflexible at certain points. I think the fact that I had to point out that the two front tires needed replaci dealership well. The sales manager was inflexible at certain points. I requested the two rear tires replaced the Sales manager offered no concession. I asked for the two rear to be placed at half price. My request was summarily refused. More
