We found a vehicle online and inquired about it. Spoke with Z and she was very nice. When we arrived, we were greeted by a young man. Z came over and asked my name and it became clear this young man was trying to steel a customer from Z. I'm told her I would work with her as she is who I originally spoke to. I also don't want to work with someone who is shady enough to steel a customer from a coworker. Then we start getting into negotiations. The internet price was a great price. It turns out they tried to add a special package that costs over $4k. We had to go back and forth with them to cover this extra charge as we didn't want more than half the things it included, things such as safety kit, hand painted pin striping, all weather floor mats (the mats in the car we old and used), and a bunch of other garbage. So the tactic here is to show a great price online to get you in, then they add over $4k of garbage to bring the price up. So just be aware if this going in and be prepared to go back and forth to get the price back down. More

This dealership has caused me so much chaos since I bought my vehicle from them which is under two years ago and I’ve had a new transmission a new thermostat now I need other major parts replaced. However, when I came in for my appointment, I was told that I had to pay out of pocket, in the beginning when I got my truck they had my truck for about 4 to 5 months with no courtesy car given and that was literally a few months after I bought the vehicle from them. Thankfully I did have the warranty so the transmission was covered. However, I was back in there within a few months and a few times after that as well I wouldn’t recommend buying or going to this Dealership for service they seem pretty backed up as well even for a regular oil change personally, I would sue them if you have any issues like I did and if you need a good lawyer, let me know I’ll give you mine More

Sales depth was great. Disappointed with service department. They replaced the lt rear window regulator. I found that the door panel had been pulled off the door and mounting screws were still screwed into door.(door panel is broken). Also the plastic film that keeps the dust and road noise from entering the passenger compartment has been cut out with a knife or razor blade and not even taped back in. More
