I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is not local. After purchasing a vehicle and living almost 3 hours away I could not get the salesman, sales manager, and service manager to return my ca not local. First time at this dealership since moving to the area. I attempted to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, but the service department does not accept appointments. One odd policy posted on the window behind the service writer is that customers requesting discount specials must provide a printed copy of it, even though they are posted on the dealership’s website. The service writer took care of it after I explained this, but bad policy overall and not customer oriented. No issues with the oil change, however, the tech did not rotate my tires in accordance with any standard methods. The rearward cross method is typical for rear or four-wheel drive vehicles. The tires were simply swapped between the front and rear. I will now have to cross the rear tires and take my truck in to have the tire sensors relearned. More

In the past, I have used two other larger Chevy dealers in the area for service and have been disappointed with their shoddy work. This is a smaller dealership with a smaller service department, so getting an appointment takes around three weeks. For my latest visit, the person at the service desk was new, so I didn’t get their name, but they were very polite and professional. Also, I am not sure which tech worked on my vehicle. Usually, I have only spoken with techs in the past when they do poor quality work. So far, I have not had a reason to speak with any techs at this dealership. More
