No complaints, there could have been a bit closer interaction and personal focus, all on site personnel were constantly running one direction or another, customers need to feel they are the most impo interaction and personal focus, all on site personnel were constantly running one direction or another, customers need to feel they are the most important person in the room, not the time for multitasking. Theyve gotten my feedback several times over. It took 2 months for my engine to be fixed. 0 updates on when it would be done during the process. I brought the rental in for an oil change and was told it wo months for my engine to be fixed. 0 updates on when it would be done during the process. I brought the rental in for an oil change and was told it would be expedited and still waited 75 minutes. Car doesn't feel right since I got it back. Brought into the shop and was made to feel like I was making it up as we couldn't recreate what I was experiencing earlier. Solution offered was for me to leave the car there for several hours. More
