After 2 visits, still don’t have my service reminder cleared. My concierge pickup went smoothly. I didn’t get any communication for over 4 hours. I brought it in again, asking for those 2 things as well as clearing the service reminder. They forgot the last. When I got the survey, I wrote to the service advisor to ask to have this rectified before I did the survey. I got no response. More

Carrie was great, the financing guy was great, the lady working the front desk needs a lot of additional training. While we were standing waiting for Carrie, the lady working the front desk was talking to working the front desk needs a lot of additional training. While we were standing waiting for Carrie, the lady working the front desk was talking to another coworker and was calling 2 customers a bunch of jokers because they had filled something out and didn’t put their sales person down. We honestly almost left at that point but this is the only place in MN to get a Genesis. Labor is tough right now but her overall rude demeanor isn’t adding value. More

This dealership and service center were exceptional in supporting me when the recall on the shirt circuit in the antilock brakes problem occurred. They even provided a loaner when I couldn’t put my car in supporting me when the recall on the shirt circuit in the antilock brakes problem occurred. They even provided a loaner when I couldn’t put my car in the garage due to potential fire. Nancy in the service center is exceptional in customer service. For seven years she has been knowledgeable and explained the issues which with the car and after 167,000 miles there were some issues. Sadly after seven years we have traded in the Santa Fe for a Chevrolet Equinkx. With society as it is with teens stealing Hyundai vehicles we didn’t want to be a “Target” even though a push button start is the equipment. Thieves don’t read the fine print. Perhaps in the next few years Hyundai will remedy the theft issue. Thank Hyundai for standing by the car as the Larry Miller dealership in Albuquerque put in a new engine when the engine died on the interstate headed for winter In Arizona.
