I work in a industry that customer service is our top priority. Hands down this has been my best and easiest experience buying a “new” vehicle. K-Sandra was great from start to finish and follow ups have priority. Hands down this has been my best and easiest experience buying a “new” vehicle. Lance was terrific! Love the vehicle. The “detailing” portion of the process was too long. Tony in the business office was great also. Thanks. Joe Basil Love the vehicle. The “detailing” portion of the process was too long. Tony in the business office was great also. Thanks. Joe Basil More

The reason I have given a 2 is due to the issues that derived after delivery of our new Blazer. Starting from the beginning, we left Eau Claire, WI where we live and arrived at the dealership on a Saturd derived after delivery of our new Blazer. Starting from the beginning, we left Eau Claire, WI where we live and arrived at the dealership on a Saturday knowing we were purchasing the blazer we saw online providing everything looked good when we got there, (mainly concerned with the interior as we were unsure we would like the perforated red seats. Which we ultimately liked, and decided to pull the trigger on the purchase) the vehicle at the time was pretty dirty. While in the finance department the vehicle was cleaned. After we were done and the car was ready to go, we opted out of the preview of the features on the car due to our young child that needed a nap after the long afternoon at the dealership and having owned GM vehicles in the past) When we arrived home we walked around looking at the car. We then noticed there was faded paint on the bumper of the car, this caught our attention and got us looking closer. We then found what looked like adhesive stuck on parts of the bumper, and either hard water or oxidizing paint on multiple areas of the vehicle. In addition to that there was caked on dust around the windshield molding and around all the door moldings. On Monday the following week I reached out to our salesmen, sent photos and the dealership was confident a good detail would take care of it. They came Friday to pick it up and made an attempt to fix it and make it right. We finally got our vehicle back I believe Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. Upon seeing the vehicle, it was Definitely cleaner, however there was still hard water or oxidizing paint spots, adhesive and faded paint on the bumper.. which was discussed with the salesmen Ali and the sales manager William, before we left. They told us to take the vehicle and they would be in touch.. I heard from Ali the sales manager that following week again and he said his sales manager would call shortly, never heard from him, I called and left him a message, never heard back. Now 2 weeks after we got the car back from the attempt to fix the issue, still nothing... as of right now on 8/15/23 we have received no resolution. I do want to point out that our issue is with the dealership management, Pre-Inspection Delivery team and GM. (I feel this issue was there from the time it was delivered, due to the faded paint, water or oxidization marks, adhesive from the wrap from Factory and lastly the time table of that vehicle. It appears the vehicle was built in 02/23 must have sat for months in Mexico where it was manufactured, baking in the heat, before it ended up at the dealership at the end of 06/23. At that point it was in the dealerships hands until we bought it at the end of July 2023.) Our salesmen Ali on the other hand was great. He was professional, friendly, easy to work with, responsive and helpful. I believe he did all he could to help us, and now that it is in the hands of management, we've heard nothing. It's very disheartening, to purchase a new vehicle and have a negative experience with the vehicle itself, and even more so to be ghosted by the dealership when there are issues, that very likely could be warranty issues to begin with. Never did I think I would have to get down on my hands and knees to inspect the paint on a brand new $50,000 vehicle. The reason for the 2 stars, because I would not necessarily say don't ever buy a vehicle from Luther Chevrolet, but I will certainly not be out pushing people their way. I hope to hear back from someone at some point on this because though some of what are issues with the vehicle are may be minor, it still shouldn't have these issues being a BRAND NEW vehicle. It's certainly not what I would expect, especially after seeing similar new vehicles without the issues we have. More
