There is no other place we would go to get our cars taken care of on a regular basis. We have been going to Brookdale Toyota for MANY years and have ALWAYS had EXCELLENT service!! Jeremy, in the service department, takes such good care of us each time we bring our cars in for service. He keeps track of what needs to be done on our cars and is always so helpful! I visited two other Toyota dealerships earlier this week and I’m glad I landed at this one; I was treated so well here. I have been leasing for the past few years and felt significant anxiety toward buyi and I’m glad I landed at this one; I was treated so well here. I have been leasing for the past few years and felt significant anxiety toward buying, especially a used car. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted when I came in and I asked a lot of questions. Tre’ was informative, personable, and patient with me throughout the entire process, even past 8:00 pm. I was treated like a human being and not a “sale”, by Bobby and Diana as well, and that is so special! I love my car and hope to keep it until it falls apart, and when it does I will definitely be back to buy here again. Thank you! More

Ahmed was so helpful in taking test drives for all three cars that I looked at. After choosing the Rav 4 that I bought; he went over all the car functions.
