We received two key fobs, he handed me one of them and put the other one in the glove box - it wasn't until we got home that we noted the 2nd key fob was broken, and unusable. Additionally, we went home with 1/4 tank of gas - and a frozen door, making it unusable all weekend as we couldn't get it open to put gas in. The service was 6 stars, above and beyond - got the door open, ensured it was working and scheduled our rust proofing that day so I didn't need to make a second trip back. This is the kind of customer service we are used to with Luther Dealerships - and why we return for purchasing cars. More
