First real experience with service dept. since we bought SUV last June. Simply pulled in, totally flat tire.....got ride home, notified when they were done and ride back. The repairs went well and Robb from the service department was really great! The dealership is nice. I was not impressed with the Courtesy Ride Driver. He used foul language and even referred to department was really great! The dealership is nice. I was not impressed with the Courtesy Ride Driver. He used foul language and even referred to Portland liberals as a derogatory description of a special needs person. I would be concerned to have this as the public image of the company. More
