$250.00 / hr for labor I understand these programmed pricing but when the repair doesn’t take as much time as estimated it should be reduced! I was just charged $500.00 in labor, coming to $259.00/hour, much more than I pay my doctor. Totally ridiculous! I will never go back to Luther for a repair and now I’m glad we did not buy our new truck from them. They would not even discuss it rationally. Pass it on stay away from Luther Buick Service Repair!!! The service agent even made fun of my name and me being a woman and wanted me to make a new appointment because my name was not Jim. More
