Tried to pull one over on me Has truck in for ac issues in may. Was told that the cabin filter wasn't cleaned/replaced as it should have been before going to sales lot. Was told that they would take care of it at no cost. Was in on Thursday for oil change, they suggested the filter be replaced for $75. Haha! Really?? They actually replaced it this time for no cost. Can't trust you guys any more More

When it was done he asked if I was staying or leaving and I said leaving so he said he would call me The gentleman that checked me in was a nice guy. He then asked if I wanted it washed and I thought that was really nice so I said that would be great. So I left around 9am and called at 3pm to see what the status was since I hadn’t heard anything and I was told it was already finished. No call yet though and when I got there it wasn’t washed. Just really don’t know why you would offer two things that weren’t at all followed up on. More
