They are very “customer “ focused. when we had our 1st oil change, there was a scratch on my door. Our salesperson, Samantha, worked on getting it out, and next thing her boss was there when we had our 1st oil change, there was a scratch on my door. The service department works with me knowing that I live out of town. I just got a phone call from my service writer letting me know what is going on with my warranty status on my 2021 pickup.
