I am grateful to Luther Buick! I was in Fargo for the winter holidays and my Buick put on a huge electrical storm of lights and honks and wipers when I tried to start it. The key fob would not unlock the car when I exited. The key did unlock and AAA jumped. I called Luther and as expected their next available appointments would be after the holiday. When I mentioned that I was from the twin cities the employee said, “We’ll get you in!” She transferred me to the service department and within an hour my car had a new battery and was ready to go. Robin the Service Manager went the extra mile for me to contact GMC to see if they could help me with the cost of the Fuel Injector Pump as the Bumper to Bumper Warranty had expired at 50,000 and mine was contact GMC to see if they could help me with the cost of the Fuel Injector Pump as the Bumper to Bumper Warranty had expired at 50,000 and mine was at 50,830. I had chosen not to purchase the extended warranty because I have had 4 Buicks and they were never in for repair. However I always kept up the maintenance on the vehicles. I also received a loaner vehicle to use while mine was being repaired. More
