My thanks to Andrew and Robin. I came in for an oil change as I was about to head out on a trip. They advised me that my tires needed replacement so they squeezed me in the next day to get new tires in change as I was about to head out on a trip. Very happy that there was a loaner car. But the advisor that was helping me was very vague about the whole process and about the time frame it would take to fix my vehicle. I also did not get information about the break in process of the new engine. I had to call and ask about that process I did spend a lot of money at your dealership. I really did not receive the reason why my oil pump would stop just shortly over 50000 mile marker. Does that happen and why Would I not have some type of warning . I would like to know why this happened I took real good care of this truck. Very disappointed that I had to put a new engine in my truck with such low miles. More
