The gentlemen that were my first contacts were “ excellent ”! The service repair was fast and great! The gal that took the payment was super! I believe all employees had a mask on. But: I saw only 9 out of 10 employees following the Covid19 “ detailed hand sanitizing “ instructions sign on the coffee maker/creamer dispenser/ water-/refrigerator machines. This was a bit disturbing since after sanitizing my hands I had firsthand contact to all of those machines before I sat down and observed the employees NOT doing what the sign asked me to do !!!!!!!! I took a picture of the sign so I could show my friends. More

Have always done a great job. I love that they come to Butler Machinery and pick up/drop off the vehicle - that is such a nice perk.
