Dedicated personnel make customers feel valued! Me check engine light was on Wednesday afternoon. The non local service center indicated Paul had no openings until next week. If I had my Regsl there by 11, he would try to work it in. Mark drove me home. Paul called about the purge valve and labor costs. I gave approval for the work. Paul called when the work was done. Matt picked me up. Car repair bills are never fun! But, mine was repaired, and washed, before three thirty. Thanks to the technician, Paul and the drivers. More
