Still not fixed. I was in two separate times for my suspension riding hard and my driver side window air noise. Neither times were they fixed. The first time they said the ride meets their standards. The second time I brought it in I had someone ride with and they agreed it rode bad. They replaced the two rear shocks and they said the shackles were not original so they would order those and I have not heard back from them. The wind noise was not looked at the second time because of time restraint. I am not impressed with the ride of my Denali, my 2010 ltz ride way better. I just want it fixed More

Then a courtesy car driver was ready and took me to work. They called in a couple of hours and my car was already done! The courtesy car came and took me back to the dealership to pay for my service and pick up my car. Everyone was very friendly and it all went seamlessly. More
