I called the main phone number at 4pm, they transfer back to service dept., they stated the driver is on a route. I got there at 530pm, a family member gave me ride. The driver or the service dept did never called back. I had to find my car in the parking, they didn't washed my car and there was no plastic sheet on my seat and paper on the floor! the person at the front desk to pay my bill, wasn't very nice! I explained to her what happen, all she stated she let the driver know. More
