Repaired a CV joint boot Repaired CV joint boot that was repaired 8 months prior by same service center. Shouldn’t in my opinion failed, but did and was still under the 1 year Repaired CV joint boot that was repaired 8 months prior by same service center. Shouldn’t in my opinion failed, but did and was still under the 1 year unlimited mileage warranty and I do appreciate that it was repaired at no cost, but what if I didn’t notice that it failed until after the one year warranty was up. More

Bad customer service I was ignored for way too long when dropping off my car. I get people are busy but a simple I’ll be right with you would have made a difference. After I was ignored for way too long when dropping off my car. I get people are busy but a simple I’ll be right with you would have made a difference. After standing in front of someone for awhile being ignored he finally asked for my name and then sent me on to someone else’s desk only to stand in front of him to be ignored. Not impressed with the customer service at all. Robin was good about letting me know what all he found wrong with my car. More
