I informed Service Dept that I had an extended warranty which should cover the Engine light issue which turned out to be an O2 sensor. My warranty was verified and upon COMPLETION of the service, I was in which should cover the Engine light issue which turned out to be an O2 sensor. My warranty was verified and upon COMPLETION of the service, I was informed that I owed $100.00 deductible. I was not aware that I had a deductible. I had not used my extended warranty in the 5+ years that I have owned it and therefore, I did not recall that a deductible was in place. I think that this should have been communicated to me-(a reminder). There were plenty of opportunities to do so via texting when warranty was being verified. Rather, I am informed via invoice attached to a text requesting payment upon picking up my car. Needless to say, I was not happy about this poor customer service. I would have had the work done. That is not the point. In my mind-"Warranty" means full coverage and no worries. I requested an oil change, air filter, fuel filter. I have a 2022 GMC so I provided all AC delco parts needed. Also requested a new set of wheels and tires to be swapped out instead of doing a rotate. I have a 2022 GMC so I provided all AC delco parts needed. The fuel filter was not completed and the tpms sensors were not programmed and nothing was said about items not being completed. I found the fuel filter rolling in the backseat leaving the dealership and later that evening a service tire system light illuminated on the cluster. Not too impressed after trying Luther a second time. The first time I was astonished that I was told it’s going to be awhile because we are waiting on parts which made me walk over the Luther GMC to get them myself to speed the process up all while 4-5 people standing around my pickup with the hood open.
