Luther Ford does a great job in the service dept and also in the sales dept. The people in the dealership are what make the difference because they are friendly and caring and are regular kind of folks that in the sales dept. Have had mostly good experiences. Scheduled an oil change, after oil change was leading oil. I took a trip out of town. When I was able to get under the truck. I found the oil filter Scheduled an oil change, after oil change was leading oil. I took a trip out of town. When I was able to get under the truck. I found the oil filter was loose and it was leaking oil. I also found that after the oil change the oil was severely over full. Was very disappointed. I go to the dealer because I trust the dealer would do it RIGHT. That trust has been broken. I will now consider an alternative. More
