I went in for the quick lube at 830, they drained my oil and didn't have the filter. They took me home around 10 and fortunately we have an extra car so I could make it to work. Then I call the shuttle arou and didn't have the filter. They took me home around 10 and fortunately we have an extra car so I could make it to work. Then I call the shuttle around 3 and get a call from the dealership that it was done. I figured it was done hours ago and that's why I made the call for the shuttle. They said the parts guy forgot to order my filter, after 5 hours! I dunno, I love taking my cars to Ford but maybe not this Ford. We also always have issues with our truck after being serviced here granted not all things are their fault as some items were manufacturer defects but it's getting to be where we can count on something wrong happening when we take our cars in at Ford in Fargo. It's a bummer. And the back desk lady isn't the sweetest. I do have to complement the shuttle lady, Terri! She was so kind, funny, and it was an actual joy riding with her a few times yesterday! More

We will NEVER bring our vehicles here to be fixed again! They do not stand by their work. Had major work done & now the same issue is happening within 20,000 miles. My experience with Ryan was very poor. When I was speaking to him he tried to interrupt me multiple times and then when I told him let me finish he rolled his eyes like he was bored listening my conc speaking to him he tried to interrupt me multiple times and then when I told him let me finish he rolled his eyes like he was bored listening my concerns.
